Episode 74: Will Roe be Overturned? Unpacking Yesterday's Oral Arguments at the Supreme Court

The U.S. Supreme Court opened yesterday with oral arguments in Dobbs vs. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. This case has the potential to overturn Roe v. Wade. In fact, five of the nine justices seem very open to reversing Roe and leaving abortion decisions to state legislatures. After 48 years of legalized abortion in the US, we may see abortion history made in the next several months. This is the most important abortion hearing of our generation. On this episode of All Things we’re looking at why Roe is so fragile to begin with and why it should be overturned from both legal and moral perspectives. Abortion is evidence that we have failed women. But we now know better, so let’s do better.
